Cooking for your Dosha is an introductory cooking class designed to teach you the benefits of cooking for your Dosha. Knowing imbalances allow you to proactively provide balance through what you eat and how you live giving you a more enriched life.  

A dosha is one of three substances that are present in a person’s body according to Ayurveda. Take the Dosha quiz to find your Dosha balance. Learning to cook for your Dosha allows you to bring balance to your health providing through food.

What’s included in the class?

Each guest will attend a 2 hour course where we will discover your Dosha while cooking a meal designed to balance your Doshas and discussing ways to incorporate a more balanced approach to your diet.
